Dear Gatewood,

This is our first custom built home. Prior to beginning the project, we heard many horror stories pertaining to builders and the building process, so we entered this adventure somewhat skeptical. As Cindy and I look back on it today, we realize it was one of the smartest moves we ever made. The quality, attention to detail, and personal interest that you showed during the entire building phase made it a most enjoyable experience. There were no surprises along the way, and each stage was completed according to the schedule you had outlined. The fact that you and Amanda live in the neighborhood showed us the confidence you must have in your workmanship.

By allowing us the flexibility to make some construction modifications that better suited our needs, plus the fact that we were involved with every detail from the style of the brick, to the color of the blades in the ceiling fans, we truly have a custom built home.
